Rooted in the serene tradition of Kerala - known as God's Own Country - Abhilash Sadasivan,is a devoted Yoga Acharya with deep commitment to the authentic path of classical Hatha Yoga. A practitioner since 2010 and trained in the esteemed Sivananda, lineage, now he holds both 200-hour and 300 hour certifications, reflecting a strong foundation in traditional yogic wisdom.
With over four years of Domestic and international teaching experience, Abhilash, currently shares his practice in Moscow, Russia, guiding students from diverse backgrounds toward holistic well-being. Yoga and Its philosophy deeply integrated in to his life- they continuously nurture, refine and evolve him into a better human being.
Driven by profound sense of purpose, he draws inspiration from yoga's timeless wisdom- its ability to heal, empower, transform and awaken the human potential. Sharing this knowledge gives him immense joy, and fulfillment. Guided by the peace mission of his Masters, his teachings aim to contribute to a more peaceful world by cultivating peaceful minds.
